Listen To Yourself

Ask yourself why you feel so sad or angry or afraid. Listen for and demand an honest answer from yourself. It will come and you will know when it is honest. Talk with yourself. You have been doing that all your life, but most importantly, now, listen to yourself. Become a good listener when you ask yourself a question. Be like a good reporter who is trying to get to the heart of an issue. You know the questions to ask and you will know if the answers are real and honest. Keep up the questioning and listening until you get the answers that satisfy you as being the truth about yourself and why you feel a certain way.

When you get those bottom-line answers, evaluate them and see if they make sense. See if, what you now believe is in-line with what you truly feel about these issues that bother you and cause emotional stress. Stand back and away from yourself, try to be totally honest with yourself because there is nobody else around, you are in the privacy of your own mind and you have no reason to lie or to deceive yourself.
